No, in fact I do a lot of "no contact" service calls for those who are not home or are home but don't want to be bothered.  I simply text when I show up, I don't knock on the front door, I take progress pictures or videos and text them and text when I leave.  If I have any challenges or concerns I always call or text you.  I take Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Check or Card (4% extra for card) thank you.  Just say you want a "no contact" service call...

Gutters should be cleaned at least twice a year, ideally in the fall and spring/summer, to prevent clogs and damage to your home.  Full/clogged gutters or downspouts can crack when a freeze occurs.  This can cause an expensive repair or replacement.  Call me to get your entire gutter system cleaned out and ready to go for the winter.

Yes, I offer minor repairs but do not replace parts.  I always notify the owner of things that should be repaired or replaced.  I'll take pics and text or show you.
